Entry requirements

  • Applicants with a first degree (at least 2nd class lower division) in any discipline from any recognised university may be considered for admission into the MBA Human Resources Management programme.
  • Holders of professional qualifications (for example, ACCA, CIMA, CIM etc) must be chartered.ts with a Third Class or Pass degree considered with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Two academic or professional referee reports
  • Personal statement (500–800 words) outlining motivation and career goals
  • English language: IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0) or equivalent for international applicants
  • Holders of international qualification equivalent to a degree (for example, Level 6 Diploma in the UK) or graduate diploma. Such equivalence must be approved/confirmed by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC)
  • Selection of candidates for admission to the programme shall be by an online interview

Graduation requirements

  • Completed all required coursework within the approved timeline. and passed all the taught courses.
  • Presented a research thesis of about 15,000 words
  • Submitted all necessary forms to file for graduation.
