The Records Officer maintains the integrity of student academic records, supports transcript production and handles data protection compliance across the student lifecycle.

Lead the library's digital collections, manage subscribed databases and e-resources, and support open-access publishing across the university.

Oversee financial operations including budgeting, payroll, reporting and compliance, and partner with units across the university on financial planning.

Conduct and publish research on African philosophy, governance or economic history, and contribute to the Institute's teaching and public engagement programmes.

Coordinate student welfare, orientation, counselling referrals and co-curricular life, serving as a key point of contact between students and the university.
