Master of Science in Strategic Management and Leadership
The 15-month full-time (2.5 years part-time) MSc in Strategic Management and Leadership is a taught and research-based qualification. The programme is designed to support the student to better integrate evidence into practice and become a critical and reflective practitioner. It provides the student with a high-level academic qualification with a strong relevance to management practice and research. The taught element in the 1st and 2nd semesters of the programme supports peer learning and networking at a master’s level of study. The 3rd Semester is spent in Research and Seminars, and the production of a 15,000 and 20,000-word thesis.

- Entry Requirements
A relevant good first degree (at least second-class lower division) from a recognised tertiary institution in social and management sciences. Persons working in leadership positions in organisations but with first at least second-class lower division degrees in non-social sciences can apply.
- Duration of the programme
This program provides students with a 15-month (a maximum of 4 years) MSc in Strategic Management and Leadership. The MSc degree would be awarded after completing successfully all three core courses, qualifying examination, participation in seminars and conferences, and a thesis.
